Episode Twelve (12) – “Invisible”

With one hand, I strangled her neck. I wanted to teach her lesson for saying my Kobby is dead.

I could see her chocking, I strangled her more hard. I wanted her to regret what she said about my Kobby. I wanted her to say Kobby is the best in the world.

I don’t know where my daddy came from. She came to her aid and hit my hand so hard. It was so painful that I eventually let go of my mother. I hoped she had leant her lesson the hard way.

I was breathing so hard, as I watched on while my daddy attended to my mum. He gave me a furious look and left with my mum.

They locked me inside. I felt some sought of victory. I fought for my love and now I have won. Kobby must be proud of me. I can’t wait to tell him what I have I done for both of us.

I didn’t care I was locked in the room, all I cared was, the journey to my grandmother’s place didn’t happen.

Speaking of my grandmother, that old wrinkled woman, who calls herself a retired doctor. I would have strangled her with my two hands if my mum ended up taking me there.

I used my left hand to untie the ropes from my leg and right hand. Soon I was free. Then I went back to my bedside fridge for water. I was tasty.

Just when I got ready to drink. I got a tap from behind. Just like the day I went to Kobby’s house where I met all those guests wearing red and black.

It was my Kobby again. How did he enter my room? The door I know it’s locked, just as my window too. So how?

“Kobby, you scared me, how did you get in” I asked.

Kobby stood looking at me without saying a word. He was angry. I had never seen him like this.

“Kobby are you okay. You don’t look happy” I said. I tried getting closer to him but like my feet was stuck in a mud, I couldn’t move. I don’t know what was happening. I couldn’t just move.

Kobby was so angry and that was making me uncomfortable. He wasn’t saying anything too.

“oh Kobby, please talk to me. Please” I pleaded.

“I don’t have much time. Tell my mum, I want to sleep and I need water” He said.

This time around I knew Kobby meant what he was saying. If this was the only thing that will put a smile on my Kobby’s face. I will do it.

Just then my door got opened. It was my mum and dad and the least I expected, my grandmother.

All this while Kobby was still there. He didn’t go this time around, he was there yet my parents and grandmother couldn’t see him.
